If you are like many millions of Americans nowadays, you may be
somewhat conscious of what you are eating. I am well practiced on
many different dietary guidelines. Whether it is low carb, low fat,
vegetarian, high protein, diabetic, or maybe you have religious
concerns such as Kosher, your needs
will be met.
The new Dietary Guidelines were introduced in January 2005 and
that old food pyramid we have all grown up with is obsolete. Each
and every one of us requires a different regimen of diet and exercise.
Although I am not a licensed dietician or physical therapist, I
have a fairly well rounded knowledge of health and nutrition that
I would love to share with you.
