We had our reservations about hiring a Giants fan to cater our game-time house-warming party. The menu you put together was unique and creative. You managed to please even our pickiest guest! The Game-time pickins, the world's best ribs, then the irresistible desserts... Everything was awesome. Your timing--perfect. You were courteous & professional. It was a pleasure having you in my home. Not bad for a Giants fan!

Colorado will miss you greatly.

Dinner with Den was a tremendous hit with family and friends last Easter. Not only did Dennis assist in preparing the table settings with my very own heirloom-like treasures (the old stuff in my cupboards) to create a spring holiday atmosphere, but he allowed the guests into the kitchen and shared some of his helpful cooking hints. I was most appreciative, however, of his ability to satisfy everyone’s quirky dietary requests. For my son’s low carb diet, Dennis prepared mashed cauliflower (a delicious substitute for mashed potatoes). Even my finicky cousin was happy with such things as how fine the garlic was minced and how hot the seasoning was. Everyone left with a pleased palate and I was able to relax and enjoy the day. We are all looking forward to having him cook for the upcoming annual Christmas party.
